I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where I graduated in 2024. Under the supervision of Angela Moore, LPC-S, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.

With experience working with adults, children, teenagers, and older adults, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly express themselves. My client-centered approach incorporates choice therapy to empower individuals in their healing journey. I believe in adapting my therapeutic style to meet clients' unique needs, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can process your emotions and thoughts, develop coping skills, and discover the best version of yourself—one that feels empowered and capable of leading a vibrant, fulfilling life.
