I believe there is purpose to be found even in life’s most difficult seasons. My hope is to walk alongside you as you find healing, freedom, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Our past experiences and backgrounds can shape the ways we think and respond to life, sometimes creating patterns that leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from the life and relationships we desire. My client-centered approach, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allows our work together to be tailored to you as an individual. Together, we will explore the challenges you have experienced, develop greater awareness of the thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward creating meaningful and lasting change.
I believe that this kind of growth begins with feeling safe, supported, and understood. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable, while also gently challenging you to examine the thoughts, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you from moving forward. My hope is to empower you to grow, develop healthy relationships, and experience greater freedom from the difficulties that have held you back.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, and struggles with love and sex addiction.
