Aaron Tallent – Master’s Student Intern

Hi, my name is Aaron Tallent and I am a Graduate student enrolled at Malone University. I am currently under the Supervision of Brady Robinson LPC-S. I work with adults and adolescents across all genders and ages. My clinical focus is helping people who are struggling with shame, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and inner criticism. I genuinely enjoy helping people find meaning in their experiences and have a more authentic connection with themselves. I use mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy with a person-centered approach to empower my clients and give them the tools they need to take ownership of their mental and emotional well-being.

I served as a United States Navy Seabee from 2002-2006 with an honorable discharge. Since discharging from the military I have worked in multiple fields from private security work, martial arts/self defense instructor and getting my AAS in occupational therapy assisting and working as a COTA/L since 2014 doing occupational therapy assisting individuals that have had multiple maladies regain independence in their activities of daily living. I also hold a bachelors in Psychology from S. New Hampshire University.

Malone University currently pursuing a master's in clinical mental health Counseling.

 

My rate per session is $50.
